Developed from the earlier DB4 and released in 1963, the Aston Martin DB5 had a new tail design offering improved aerodynamics. Options for the DB5 included power steering (on Mk.1 cars) air conditioning, automatic transmission, limited slip differential and 325bhp Vantage engine.
